General Rules
- The date and time of the drawing will be announced via social media.
- The drawing will be held live on social media (Instagram).
- One (1) winner will be selected at random.
- The winner will be selected using a random number generator at https://www.random.org/.
- Once the winner is selected, the winner will be notified immediately that they have won.
- There are No cash alternative is available.
- The winning participant’s name (given at birth / on your government ID), address, email address, and phone number must be provided to PCResto to claim your prize. This information is needed to transfer the vehicle to the winner legally. Your information will only be viewed by PCResto and the Department of Motor Vehicles. Please provide a valid address and contact information.
- If you have won and your contact information changes before receiving the vehicle, you’re responsible for updating your contact information. We will not be liable for failing to provide the correct information.
- There are no limits on the number of entries a person can purchase.
- The winner’s name or social media username may be posted on the social media profiles after the winner has been selected.
- We will not be held liable for any failure of receipt entries. Or will we be responsible for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.
- A certified mechanic has inspected all vehicles, and the vehicles have been fully detailed.
- Must be the age of majority in the state of residence and a licensed driver as of 01/01/2023.
Return/Refund/ Exchange
All sales are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are prohibited.
Shipping
Shipping is free only to the lower 48 states. The vehicle will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the winner being selected. However, it may take up to 60 days to be delivered, depending on unforeseen circumstances. Once the vehicle has been shipped, the winner will receive an email with the transporter information.
Disclaimer
By entering the giveaway, you understand and agree to the stated Terms and conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond PCResto’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, and we will notify the participants via social media.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
